Penny has spent last three years with XPITax, a leading outsource provider of tax
return preparation services. Ms. Breslin developed the outsourced accounting
initiative for Xpitax Chennai, India office. Ms. Breslin has developed systems and
procedures for both the operational and sales teams at XPITax.
Prior to joining XPITax, Ms. Breslin was Operations manger for Global Staffing
Solutions, major outsourcing firm where she was instrumental in the growth of the
company from start-up to over two hundred seats.
